When you book your cleaning service online, our system calculates the overall size of your home, which is estimated based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms.
Cleaning equipment and environmentally friendly cleaning solutions are provided by our friendly cleaners. The cost of these is included in our charges stated above.
All general residential cleaning services include the following:
Kitchen
Clean stove and oven exteriors; sanitise splash-back and bench-top; clean dishes, sinks and taps; wipe down cabinet and appliance exteriors; clean microwave; and mop floor.
Bedrooms & Living Areas
Tidy beds; dust and wipe down furniture; dust and dry wipe electronics; tidy up shoes, toys and clothing; clean floors.
Bathrooms & Laundry
Clean and sanitise bathtub, shower, shower screen, and recess; scrub and sanitise toilets; polish sinks and taps; clean mirrors and cabinet exteriors; mop and sanitise floor.
All Rooms
Dusting; vacuuming carpets; sweeping and moping floorboards and tiles; clean mirrors; and empty rubbish bins.
End of lease cleaning services include everything stated above, plus the following:
Oven Interior
Deep cleaning of the oven interior, including the grill and trays will leave your oven looking like new.
Window Interiors
Includes some time for window cleaning: interior glass, tracks, and window sills, plus inside and outside of 1 set of glass doors.
Cabinet and Drawer Interiors
All interiors of cabinets and drawers in the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen will be wipe clean.

How can I book a cleaner?
Simply fill in the booking form so we can estimate the size of your property. Then enter your card details and click book. We’ll match you with an experienced, professional cleaner, and then send you an email to confirm your booking.
How do I pay for my cleaning service?
Will the cleaners bring their own equipment?
Yes, our cleaners are professionals and provide all of the necessary equipment and chemicals free of charge.
However, if you have a preference for the cleaners to use your own mop or your own organic cleaning solutions, then that’s fine too.
How do the recurring discounts work?
When you book a recurring cleaning service, you get rewarded for becoming a loyal customer.
If you book a weekly clean, you get 20% off the full price of all cleaning services until you cancel. If you book a fortnightly clean, you get 15% off the full price of all cleaning services.
Do you charge extra on weekends and public holidays?
No, we don’t! The price for your cleaning service if the same on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
Please keep in mind that availability on public holidays may be limited. In addition, if you have a regular clean booked and one of your cleans falls on a public holiday, your cleaner may ask to reschedule the job so that they can have some time off with their family.
Similarly, you may choose to skip or reschedule the clean that falls on a public holiday. Rescheduling is free and easy – just send us an email with more than 24 hours notice.
Is there a lock in contract for recurring cleans?
No, there isn’t!
When you book a recurring clean, there is only a minimum commitment of 3 cleans.
After your first clean, you’ll receive an email asking you to provide feedback about your service. We’ll then use that feedback to improve your service and ensure you get exactly what you’re looking for.
If you are not happy after your third clean then you can cancel for free.
What is the Satisfaction Guarantee?
Do you offer monthly cleaning services?
Yes, our monthly clients get 10% off each clean. However, since its such a long time between cleans, we highly recommend you use the deep clean option for each service. This makes it easier to maintain the cleanliness of the property.
